Business Developer

ODJTECH provides IT Support, Consultancy, and Digital Services across Web & App Development, Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, Video Editing, and Photography. We help businesses look better, work better, and sell better.

We’re hiring a Business Development Expert to drive client acquisition and revenue growth. You’ll own outreach, lead generation, discovery calls, proposal coordination, and deal closing—working closely with the delivery team to make sure what we sell is what we can deliver (and deliver well).

What We're Looking For

2+ years in business development/sales (preferably digital agency, tech, or B2B services)
Strong communication, persuasion, and follow-up discipline
Comfortable selling services like websites, apps, branding, marketing retainers, IT support
Ability to understand client pain points and translate into solutions (not just “selling packages”)
Organized: pipeline hygiene, documentation, and reporting
Bonus: existing network of SME founders/decision-makers in Nigeria
